Single Initial Session, No Meal Plan

About

Let’s get to know you and your nutritional goals. Whether you desire weight loss or a specific diet according to your medical needs, this is our starting place. We will discuss your history with eating, diets, and physical activity. We will assess your current diet based on intake form and food log, and point out where adjustments are needed and why. You will leave with a basic idea of how to create a healthy plate at each meal, education on how to read a nutrition facts label, suggestions on food recommendations, and set initial goals to start your new healthy journey. Best for: Those who require minor adjustments to their eating habits, without the need of a personalized meal plan. This session typically lasts 60 minutes.
